Guillermo is head of the BMAJ’s Regulatory, Antitrust, TMT and Environmental practice areas.

He advises national and international clients in regulatory and constitutional matters, as well as on contentious and non-contentious litigation and judicial reviews. He also advises on strategies for preventing infractions of the law.

Guillermo advises clients from within a range of industries and sectors, including energy, transportation, international trade, health, casinos and telecommunications, among others.
